It is so simple. It is economical. It is healthy. It taste delicious. So what if there are a few added calories thanks to the “pb,” they are less than most other processed foods, easier to digest, full of protein and other nutrients. I absolutely love apples and peanut butter (and bananas and peanut butter run a close second!) I am grateful for my favorite snack food, simply an apple with a dollop of peanut butter! Mmmmmmmm . . . delicious 🙂

  1. Mmmmmm, I absolutely love apples. Growing up in Russia we did not have a huge variety of different fruits and plus every fruit had their seasons. Apples are my favorite and I love to eat them raw, bake, with peanut butter and nutella.

    • Apples work in so many ways. They have got to be one of the most versatile, nearly-perfect foods every created! I thank you for stopping by, and the next time I eat an apple with peanut butter (or nutella, or raw, or whatever) I’ll think of you. 😉
